If you are in sales please do avoid kdmc projects, specifically in crown segments as the management of the site is ridiculous, I don't know how people with zero educational background get into such a management position. Moreover zero professionalism among the team members. Favourism is at its top . The irony is a poor performer cansurvive there but and average performer can't just because he is favorite for some person. This is happening since the site is born I.e 2019 Moreover, the entire HR department is just for show as hiring and firing depends on the sales management and the HR doesn't even bother to cross verify and not even an exit interview. I would request HR team and the candidates who are willing to join to pull the data of the candidates who have resigned from these sites and casually take a feedback. Thanks...Read More
