Dislikes

Work culture is very disappointing. Every department (including HR) has no regards to the other departments or colleagues. Unfortunately, people with narrow minded nature are there at all levels in this place.

1. Best thing is walking the path of the visionary leader, Mr. Uttam Majumdar and a couple of other highly sensible Leaders from the Management team. 2. Salaries were paid more or less on time, despite the pandemic situation.

Dislikes

1. Work-life balance is least bothered. 2. Lack of empathy and respect towards the fellow colleagues from another department (or same department at times). Essentially poor work culture. 3. Poor support system from the HR team. 4. Poor compensation mechanisms. 5. Policies employed are less or employee friendly and more of employer friendly ones. 6.
