Prefer to be unemployed than to work for rookies in the so-called startup. They dont even own the product, they are reselling a white-labled solution of a vendor. The entire hierarchy from the global CBO/CEO to the VP/AVP in the HR. Any function in the company is not capable of making a decision, very toxic culture. You may join as Software Developer and in 3 months end up in a sales role here.

Nothing is good to mention for this company. Founders really need to look at their Dr's/ CXOs way of working and operating the process. Lot of money is being settled internally within finance senior folks. They are actually misleading the funds and filling their pockets. Kindly focus on finance operations.
