There is no job security, management is behaving with staff to badly. No work culture. Management is poor (BAD). There is no policies of mitali mahila mandal, They just need you and your hard-workfor a limited time , after that they kicked out you from office, and after that they will not give you a salary .

Dislikes

Always have a salary issue, management problem, no one is there to take a responsibility for any single thing, the PD will always blame for avery single thing, they didn't care about you hard-working, they didn't care about your loyalty

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
