Since we have to connect with workshops personnel & customers native to southern part of the country which causes linguistic barrier & impede our ability to provide better solution.

Despite being a fresher in this company, my seniors were kind & supported me by teaching me the work like a layman. I was provided with SOPs, Operation Manual & Call Pitch to handle customers accordingly. I'm liking to learn new things from an organization full of young blood and creative ideas.

Dislikes

Attending calls all day long becomes too hard for my mouth & ear. Sometimes I have to entertain as well as take abuse from unreasonable customers & ex-employees over chat & call if they are dissatisfied with the solution provided by the support team which spoils my day.

It is a fake company, where i have been hired for sales manager role after doing 2 sales as a provision period, but after that company gave me an offer letter and then there was no support or any contact from any person from the company they are not picking up calls nor they are replying after 1 week of work.
