The company is going through much things, people have done financial frauds over here still the company is managing to do the payroll on time. I don’t know about the FnF rumour, but I have not faced any late pay. About leaves, I like the factor that they understand the family issues and when genuine they support when needed. They donot haunt you when you are on emergency leave unlike other offices where 2 days leave is a matter of discussion. This is a company where you can learn a lot but has very less management oversight which may not be good for you if u need a lot of hand holding. It’s a start up so don’t expect a smooth journey but the company vision is good but taking time in becoming public. Most people r gud but there are some people who join just for US company experience and collect a pay check. They don’t survive for too long. So join only if you want to learn in a dynamic environment, work extra. Office is ok, it’s in a factory but you get to see what you are building. Management is nice and have good intentions and help if u r in need. 1. On time sallery that too from investors money because they don't have a product which can generate money. 2. Rest is nothing to like here. It not a organisation it is learning school but in school there is principal but here they have dictetor.

1. My biggest mistake is I trusted on HR words and joined this company. 2. HR only have authority of initial call during recruiting rest he have zero authority. Dictetor not listens a single word of HR. 3. There is no system of work. They change their strategy in every single minutes. 4. In everydays timepass meeting( they calls it standup meeting) dictator comes and discuss about new strategy. He says they are rowing a boat but it is boat with very large hole in it and in anytime soon it may gets sink. 5. They don't value their employees. Employees are only supposed to do work because for taking a credit of your work few people are already there. He promotes only his favourite few people again and again in a cycle of three months and gave them such position they never exist in a world. 6. Not clearing the FNF's of past employees. Not giving bonus that they said during recruitment. Threatening to the past employees with bad feedback during back verification calls. 7. Don't have any other facilities except of your sallery. 8. Don't join this company and ruin your career. It better to wait for few days for good offers rather getting trapped in sinking boat....Read More
