This is a company where you can learn a lot but has very less management oversight which may not be good for you if u need a lot of hand holding. It’s a start up so don’t expect a smooth journey but the company vision is good but taking time in becoming public. Most people r gud but there are some people who join just for US company experience and collect a pay check. They don’t survive for too long. So join only if you want to learn in a dynamic environment, work extra. Office is ok, it’s in a factory but you get to see what you are building. Management is nice and have good intentions and help if u r in need. First of all I would like to request all job seekers and freshers please don't join Livio building systems to spoil your career 1.your career will be at risk 2.At the time of joining they will give you sweets and treat you well but during the time of resignation they will torture you 3.There is no induction at the time of joining 4.There is no coordination among team mates 5.Livio Building systems has a culture of dictatorship 6.Initial years were good but last few years has been a nightmare for everyone 7.No work timing for factory team and design team 8.Every one is greed about gaining powers 9.Most of the people have left company due to bad politics 10.CEO blindly supports favourite leaders neither listens to team mates 11.Most fraudulent activities are done in team but CEO is clueless 12.Management has never thought any thing practically but relies on booking reading session 13.Bad increment policy and favourtism to special employees who even dont come to office and do work from home 14.Last but not the least it should get a certificate of bad place to work where one can never be trained instead an fresher individual can learn politics...Read More
