The company is going through much things, people have done financial frauds over here still the company is managing to do the payroll on time. I don’t know about the FnF rumour, but I have not faced any late pay. About leaves, I like the factor that they understand the family issues and when genuine they support when needed. They donot haunt you when you are on emergency leave unlike other offices where 2 days leave is a matter of discussion. The company has come long long way with respect to work culture and work flow.

Dislikes

I dislike the time factor but I am compromising this to leaves matrix and office culture.

Working in livio is like what makes you feel good and after 2 months you will feel like where you came.Each and every employee is in cat race to get praise in meetings .The culture of the company is very so nasty you can't imagine.Before joining livio every candidate should review properly and join.

Dislikes

...protect its employees from local goons and vendors but management is avoiding 5. Failure in providing compensation benefits to employees except few people in livio think themselves as GOD of livio.They get good increment in every 6 months. 6. Failure in delivering projects on time to customer 7.Some employees are so free that they don't come to office rather they prefer to do work from home after shifting to wagholi and top management has no objection about it. 8.Nasty politics and back biting against each other among all employees 9.Toxic work environment and Toxic manager's 10.CEO is the dumbest fellow if some of his favorite employees tells some negative immediately without thinking he instructs to fire that employee 11.All book reading gone waste by Ceo not implemented a single thing 12. Laid 100+ employees in last November 2023 without any reason 13.Management has no projection and forecasting on operations everytime on last moment they do work and blame each other 14 .No proper working hours 15.Even some employees work sincerely but not recognized for their performance for this managers are responsible. 16.Managers are credit stealers 17.Everytime employees spend money from their pocket to get the work done 18.Company is financially poor and unstable 19.Ceo only knows to give good speech but nothing implemented till date 20.Ceo has no professionalism only knows how to play with some one career 21.Livio work experience has no face value in job market 22.Many employees do leave livio due to bad managers and work experience

...ooth journey but the company vision is good but taking time in becoming public. Most people r gud but there are some people who join just for US company experience and collect a pay check. They don’t survive for too long. So join only if you want to learn in a dynamic environment, work extra. Office is ok, it’s in a factory but you get to see what you are building. Management is nice and have good intentions and help if u r in need. But people who have been fired leave bad reviews, because they want to keep earning good paycheck but don’t want to work hard to deserve it.

1. On time sallery that too from investors money because they don't have a product which can generate money. 2. Rest is nothing to like here. It not a organisation it is learning school but in school there is principal but here they have dictetor.

...sition they never exist in a world. 6. Not clearing the FNF's of past employees. Not giving bonus that they said during recruitment. Threatening to the past employees with bad feedback during back verification calls. 7. Don't have any other facilities except of your sallery. 8. Don't join this company and ruin your career. It better to wait for few days for good offers rather getting trapped in sinking boat.
