1. Your progress is not judged here based on your work, rather on your involvement in Company's micromanagement. 2. Work will never be appreciated. 3. Appraisals will be announced but be applied to the favorable people. 4. Internal politics in ruining the company. 5. HR department don't even have the courtesy to discuss employee issues with management. 6. HR will not even reply to your communication once you are on notice period. 7. Non-technical management who always Denies Suggestions from technical managers and teams. 8. Management will always play a blame game and held employees responsible for the failure occured due to management decisions. 9. Night shift allowance will not be paid pertaining to company's financial situation but will waste the same money on useless office parties. 10. No work life balance. If we don't work beyond working hours, management will poke you in the stand up meeting in front of all employees. Have to work on weekends. 11. Not an IT company but will follow a trend of so called "Stand up meeting" everyday which has nothing to do with actual progress of the whole company. Just within team issues will be discussed which can be done within the team, just wasting complete company's time. If we don't attend, we will be called by the management through HR. 12. Promotions based on favorism. 13. Employees will be laid off within hours without prior intimation and without any outstanding or extra payment. Just promises, no execution. 14. Employees and managers who highlight root cause of any issues occurring in the work will be terminated within minutes or hours just to satisfy managements ego. 15. Even if employee resigns, FnF is promised within 45 days but will not be issued citing company's financial issues. 16. Company don't even have ethics to appreciate employees for their work, rather find small small issues against them if they are not favorable. Management might ignore the effort you took to save $50,000 of company, but will highlight your one leave which you took in case of emergency. 17. How to stay in company & grow? Working in livio is like what makes you feel good and after 2 months you will feel like where you came.Each and every employee is in cat race to get praise in meetings .The culture of the company is very so nasty you can't imagine.Before joining livio every candidate should review properly and join.

There are lot of dislikes if you start writing on it it will never end 1.First ever company to do increment in every 6 months 2.Partiality to favorite employees 3.Lot of changes have been made in last 3 years by which there is no certainty that Livio will survive as because Ceo is blindly believing few idiot and stupid employees dueto which Livio is suffering heavy financial losses and will continue to lose even days are approaching to declare bankruptcy and livio shutdown 4.Failure in payment release to vendors for which vendors are targeting employees to attack them and management is simply hiding to protect its employees from local goons and vendors but management is avoiding 5. Failure in providing compensation benefits to employees except few people in livio think themselves as GOD of livio.They get good increment in every 6 months. 6. Failure in delivering projects on time to customer 7.Some employees are so free that they don't come to office rather they prefer to do work from home after shifting to wagholi and top management has no objection about it. 8.Nasty politics and back biting against each other among all employees 9.Toxic work environment and Toxic manager's 10.CEO is the dumbest fellow if some of his favorite employees tells some negative immediately without thinking he instructs to fire that employee 11.All book reading gone waste by Ceo not implemented a single thing 12. Laid 100+ employees in last November 2023 without any reason 13.Management has no projection and forecasting on operations everytime on last moment they do work and blame each other 14 .No proper working hours 15.Even some employees work sincerely but not recognized for their performance for this managers are responsible. 16.Managers are credit stealers 17.Everytime employees spend money from their pocket to get the work done 18.Company is financially poor and unstable 19.Ceo only knows to give good speech but nothing implemented till date 20.Ceo has no professionalism only knows how to play with some one career 21.Livio work experience has no face value in job market 22.Many employees do leave livio due to bad managers and work experience...Read More
