This is a company where you can learn a lot but has very less management oversight which may not be good for you if u need a lot of hand holding. It’s a start up so don’t expect a smooth journey but the company vision is good but taking time in becoming public. Most people r gud but there are some people who join just for US company experience and collect a pay check. They don’t survive for too long. So join only if you want to learn in a dynamic environment, work extra. Office is ok, it’s in a factory but you get to see what you are building. Management is nice and have good intentions and help if u r in need. But people who have been fired leave bad reviews, because they want to keep earning good paycheck but don’t want to work hard to deserve it....Read More

1. On time sallery that too from investors money because they don't have a product which can generate money. 2. Rest is nothing to like here. It not a organisation it is learning school but in school there is principal but here they have dictetor.

1. My biggest mistake is I trusted on HR words and joined this company. 2. HR only have authority of initial call during recruiting rest he have zero authority. Dictetor not listens a single word of HR. 3. There is no system of work. They change their strategy in every single minutes. 4. In everydays timepass meeting( they calls it standup meeting) dictator comes and discuss about new strategy. He says they are rowing a boat but it is boat with very large hole in it and in anytime soon it may gets sink. 5. They don't value their employees. Employees are only supposed to do work because for taking a credit of your work few people are already there. He promotes only his favourite few people again and again in a cycle of three months and gave them such position they never exist in a world. 6. Not clearing the FNF's of past employees. Not giving bonus that they said during recruitment. Threatening to the past employees with bad feedback during back verification calls. 7. Don't have any other facilities except of your sallery. 8. Don't join this company and ruin your career. It better to wait for few days for good offers rather getting trapped in sinking boat....Read More

The company is going through much things, people have done financial frauds over here still the company is managing to do the payroll on time. I don’t know about the FnF rumour, but I have not faced any late pay. About leaves, I like the factor that they understand the family issues and when genuine they support when needed. They donot haunt you when you are on emergency leave unlike other offices where 2 days leave is a matter of discussion. 1. Your progress is not judged here based on your work, rather on your involvement in Company's micromanagement. 2. Work will never be appreciated. 3. Appraisals will be announced but be applied to the favorable people. 4. Internal politics in ruining the company. 5. HR department don't even have the courtesy to discuss employee issues with management. 6. HR will not even reply to your communication once you are on notice period. 7. Non-technical management who always Denies Suggestions from technical managers and teams. 8. Management will always play a blame game and held employees responsible for the failure occured due to management decisions. 9. Night shift allowance will not be paid pertaining to company's financial situation but will waste the same money on useless office parties. 10. No work life balance. If we don't work beyond working hours, management will poke you in the stand up meeting in front of all employees. Have to work on weekends. 11. Not an IT company but will follow a trend of so called "Stand up meeting" everyday which has nothing to do with actual progress of the whole company. Just within team issues will be discussed which can be done within the team, just wasting complete company's time. If we don't attend, we will be called by the management through HR. 12. Promotions based on favorism. 13. Employees will be laid off within hours without prior intimation and without any outstanding or extra payment. Just promises, no execution. 14. Employees and managers who highlight root cause of any issues occurring in the work will be terminated within minutes or hours just to satisfy managements ego. 15. Even if employee resigns, FnF is promised within 45 days but will not be issued citing company's financial issues. 16. Company don't even have ethics to appreciate employees for their work, rather find small small issues against them if they are not favorable. Management might ignore the effort you took to save $50,000 of company, but will highlight your one leave which you took in case of emergency. 17. How to stay in company & grow? Ans - L**k management foot. But even if you speak back once, you are fired. 18. Management will show you that one day company is going to be like Google & Tesla , but will end up failing more than 7 startups with bankruptcy....Read More
