They laid off the employees in the crisis period which was not at all supportive and very weak in terms of job security.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No systematic and hierarchial working ways,no career growth as they provide a very low appraisal which was not provided in covid crisis,growth in terms of work and remuneration is both very low.though the work life balance is good due to some supportive manager level people but growth is a no-no in Lion.

Salary - Bad
Job security - Bad
Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
