It gives you a multinational working environment where you can interact with people around the world and learn from them. It has built very strong and robust operational SOPs which are made after years of research and are lucid for people working on the ground.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. It gives a tremendous learning experience from the global exposure which is given to the employees working in this organisation. There are lucrative incentive schemes in the company which makes it all the more exciting to give your 100% at work.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, may have to work on weekends as well, being a flat hierarchy the promotions are limited however the company is coming up with new positions to encourage and boot employee morale. Also you need to do a lot of multitasking at work which makes you skilled at the same time you loose focus from your core area.

Lindstrom is a service provider which is unique in itself. I am having a great exposure to meet different people in Food & Pharma gaint leaders. I learned & sharpen my skills, working with great leaders. Flexibility to work from any where, great work culture.

Their is very little increase in the salary appraisal of existing employee which is very disappointing. compare the work load & hard work we do, we get very less salary which is not even enough to survive.
