yahaa pr 2 yrs me mujhe ye pta chalaa hai ki gulami kro in ki to job rahegi nhi to job nhi rahegi. jo kaam jaipur me ho rha hai vo bahut ganda /poor hai ye sabhi ko jaati /cast se bolte hai , maa bahan ki gaali dete hai jo kisi ko bhi sunana pasnd nhi hai. khud itna paisaa khate hai copany ka or ASM, TDM and all staff ko boltehai ki company me deposit karva diya 1 case dr. Dear Team I have joined in Sep 2017 with salary of Rs. 14k for full time, in 2018 I have met in some medical emergency due to my health issue then I have continue with half day working and Co. Will giving me net salary of Rs. 11k in present but my main highlighted issue is that I m in co from last 6 yrs but salary growth is not happening and you can also checked if I am wrong, also I m half day employee but everyday I m doing extra work for so far locations till 4-5pm instead of half day work till 1 pm but as per my salary I receiving only half day salry and also co. Giving only 200 travelling conveyance for the day which is not sufficient due to emergency visits which will not possible by train hence I have to be travel by taxi or auto-rikshaw haw and they will be charged for 1km of Rs. 30/- then how will be it is managed under of Rs. 200/- for the So sorry for the issues highlighted but also local HR also not supporting for issues resolving they are neglecting or hiding problems I am happy to work with this well known co which will be in service industry for giving service of genetic taste. But I will have to many challenges to work but I am completing my daily work Please addressed my issues and resolved on priority to work in good and healthy atmosphere....Read More
