Also proper TO DO Job is not mentioned in OFFER LETTER. 5. Confirmation Letter not provided. 6. There is no regularities in Yearly Apprisal. 7. No Job Security. They will sack you overnight and without any compensation. 8. Whole company is runned by ZBM & NSM. HR is just a Silent Spectator. 9. Buttering Policy maintained by Management. Mostly from MNCs (GSKs) 10. No Work Life Balance. 11. You might have called for GMeet with 5mins notice, that is also in Sunday or Holidays. 12. You have to ask to join GMeet when you are on Leave or Sick (even Hospitalised). 13. No one trust each other. 14. Every day you will have GMeet or ZoomMeet for almost no reason at 9am or 7pm. 15.
