Company culture towards their employees but need to enhance friendly environment between co employees as more politics are their rather than actual work.

Dislikes

Work load is not according to the time limit actually given,no proper work assignments to the employees they need to allot and manage proper work to particular employees

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
