Lifecell was a very good house to work with but after recent merger with Mfine, the work culture in the Diagnostic division has worsened to an extent where employees are just working because they have some underlying situation which is not allowing them to switch. Company is laying off old employees like they have added no value to the company in past years. A bad month can ruin your years of performance and company will forget about all your past performances. Company politics is on peak and is heading towards final destruction....Read More
