Friendly environment, domain specific training provided, not a secure job, fair salary, paid cab provided, hell in it is politics, good environment, poor innovation, not at all balanced worklife... Domain specific learning depends on domain

Jealous team mates, real time training (incomplete), people will get on your back when it comes to career growth, learning can be self effort no support from organization, politics come when query about domain change is raised, these will be reason to quit this organization.

The best part of working in LGSI is the work life balance. The work pressure is minimal. Coming to colleagues, in general I would say they were friendly and co-operative. If you happen to get into the right department, you can have onsite visits mostly to South Korea and some European countries. There is one more thing I liked in LGSI, there are yearly C and Java exams conducted by a University tied up with LG HQ in South Korea. I personally was not very happy with the nature of the work. The work culture is somewhat that of service based companies where the work that you get depends solely on the offloaded work the HQ in South Korea. So most of the times the work is very mechanical or not so challenging.

LG has a great job security. But quality of work is not great, it works as a services arm to LG Korea, they have a say in everything. Work life balance goes for a toss, too frequent internal movement, long working hours, strict timings, less flexible. Recommended if looking for average quality work, secured job and ok to work long hours including weekends.
