Indirinagar store used to have a good team and operation managers till Nov 2021

They cut down salaries without proper justification. The management is misleading and fraud. One month you will get extra amount in salary under the name of increment and after 6 months they will keep deducting fraudulently saying the increment was never there.

Work place politics is rampant and will destroy your motivation to work there. Every place has workplace politics but this one is just next level pathetic! Also, the organization doesn't have any great career advancement opportunities. You stay in one role for 7 - 8 years. Infact, you will find a lot of people who are in the same role for decades.
