Worst manager specially they have all franchisee store own by saffron lifestyle and other they are putting lot of pressure which are unnecessary and having so many sop which is not required thet have weekly review for manager and every week your cluster manger is coming and sitting whole day in your store and coming two time them they have Mrm monthly manager meeting and apart from that levis senior and franchisee senior will visit the store every week as per my view entire week manager are busy in only visit,two time vm visit ,two time cluster manger visit from the side of franchisee then company side visit there is no time to think then sop worst experience then they have product traing in a year they will provide you so many time if any one want to make his life hell pls join saffron franchisee...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
