We get to learn a lot and work directly with the designers. Even though I am a trainee I almost work here as an Employee with the amount of responsibilities I hold.

Dislikes

Working here as a trainee but like an Employee and earns very less. I work day and night with less sleep (on most of the days during handover and critical times). The stipend I earn here is way too less for the amount of work I do. Expectations from the industry is way to high for a fresher to manage and handle things.
