Job security is 100% for those who actually show that they want to learn. Management gives hell lot of chances to its employees to stand out and prove their work. Incentive program is very attractive for freshers and new employees. Also company gives multiple opportunities to grow within the organization.

Dislikes

Company need to be strict for unavoidable things happening in the company. Management need to set an example for all the bad doings so that one should know that company doesn't entertain such behaviour.

I spent almost 4 years in this company. I got everything what I had asked. Zero regrets joining Lester as my first job.

It was nice work environment for all fresher and experienced employees. Hiring was easy rounds. No targets based just we used to call usa based customers about magazine subscriptions. All the seniors staff was very helpful.

Dislikes

Just 1 thing I was don't like at Lester that is one of trainer there. Who was used to abusive words so many times. Even he was abusing female staff as well very badly I have observed that.He thought I'm very cool guy bcoz of this behaviour.( Road side romeo... )I don't believe it, How can hire this kind of person any organizations?
