basically I liked nothing there. They do not pay salary for more then 4 months. there is no work environment. There is no respect for your talent.

Dislikes

Basically there is no team at all. a lot of politics among 2-3 people who act as head of the company themselves. There is no such thing as training. You will slowly start to forget what you knew as well. There is no job security. The company can shut down anytime. Nothing as such career growth. You will feel as if you are going backwards in your learning and life. I haven't got my salary for 4 months now. So basically You will suffer with your salary too. I've been bagging for my own money for some time now. Travel ?? can't say anything about it. I haven't gone anywhere in any project after I joined Leo's permanently. I went 1 year back though when I was an Intern. It was not a very good experience. Politics? a lot of. 2-3 people who act as head, are better politicians then Home Minister of India (Yes, the 'Mota Bhai') No learning, No work environment, No innovation, No work Life balance. I was an assistant director, also use to work as script writer and voice over artist.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
