Company culture is getting changes. Managers are busy doing politics. No work life balance. No promotion is given to hardworking employees. Even the increment is not good. You need to put down your paper to get the increment. No proper work allocation. Customer calls you even on weekend for production support.

If you are starting as fresher, and get a good team you ll get to learn good with decent growth opportunity. But if you get bad team they ll make you do Ba jobs as well and less growth

Dislikes

No hybrid mode, less salary, very less to none hikes, managers are not technically skills to understand devs and help in time of need or guidance, managem is bad, HR are for name sake they do are not much helpful. Promotions only happen for senior management that too internally.

Management has ZERO idea of what is going in the company. It's completely chaotic. All C level people try to push their own agenda. Too much politics. ZERO attention given to employee retention & employee benifits. Harsh language used, insults in bad words, shouting at each other, pathetic environment.

No compensation and benefits, No increament, office politics, rude and slow management. Worked on weekends. No work life balance. Credit takers People have less knowledge but they pretend they know all the things. No job security recently they fire good amount of employes.
