There is no communication from top management about any policy. There is always shortage of staff and current employees feel a dissatisfaction. Other teams never reply on the mails and in the end store and operations team has to take the blame. Warehouse people has no security and sanitization. Customer calls are never answered properly and they never revert back.

I had join lenskart thinking that it's a better option for growth but i was totally wrong they won't tell you the guidance for the growth

1.If detractors comes for quality issue also then also the staff only has to cover by getting promoters 2. Many time there's no information for app Or software update 3. Area Operational Manager think that the Store Managers are their Prisoners. This is not good for the future of Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level. Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very patheticculture and this is completely wrong activity. 🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10.
