It's not a place where u will have pleasing experience.

It's a Company who promise to give vision to the world but unfortunately it's own vision is not clear and need a doctor. U will get into harrsment every minute. Salary, worst as they keep changing the CTC and u will get stuck in Company labyrinth the moment u join. Forget about increment for atleast 2 yrs. Infact whatever is promised net take home, consider a 25% deductions with penalities which company announce with great privilege. They change targets in mid month if see u going to achieve your targets. Operations team has no respect in the company and blamed everytime for everything and penalized as the Ops Head strongly trust the team 🤣. You should join if u have a good amount of life insurance, someone to tc of your family behind, can manage fluctuating BP daily, strongly belive family is the last, loyalty will not be paid off, KPI will be changed daily to calculate your salary and performance card. As a Company it's a great learning place but unfortunately people from top to many levels are the worst in the Industry, no empathy and employee orientation. They only wake up and start talking about employees when they see high attrition.
