Job Security - Job is not secure there because of Managers they react like 10th Standard student. Career growht - If i talk about career growth, they will ask you to work like a manager with Null appraisal. Travel- they send you lenskart store just to check whether X,y,z frame is available there or not. Salary - They guys will offer you good salary at the time of joining but do'nt expect any appraisal. Politics - They guys have aurat party there so now you can imagine what is happening there. learning - That is really good.
