🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. Seniors ko koi etiquettes nai baat karne ki and main thing is upper management ko pata hone k baad bhi koi action nai let. Never join lenskart. Weekoff bhi marji de denge and leaves to bas naam ki hai kabhi mile ge nai. Specially jo store manager promotion le kar area manager ban ge they all need to learn how to behave with their team.
