Seniors behaviour wants money party

For me... I found upper management incompetent. Pay and policies for incentives and fuel changes day to day...

Dislikes

1) Salary is less than other companies 2) Fuel and mobile phone allowance is very low as compare to others or and as they promised. 3) there is no work life balance ( make calls to customers at 8 am and attend customers till 9pm. ) managers will message you every single day for some tasks. 4) rotational week offs. You'll not get actual week off as they will call you for inventory count on your week off or in holiday. There is nothing like public holiday if you are field executive. 5) they have a very lucrative but cheap act named as NPS, with the help of that they'll deduct your incentives (count of NPS is very funny, while they actually don't send the proper feedback link) 6) Your growth with in the organization is not sure as they don't have any parameters for promotion and appraisal.
