About the training period is good only.

Dislikes

The manamgent is very poor. Very bad working culture, whole management is corrupted. Specifically in kolkata all Team Leader behavior is too dangerous. They treated with employees like a Don. Also many employees are insulted and tortured physically &mentally to leave the organization.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
