worst place for refractionist

Dislikes

no future in this refractionist job if you dont have optum degree worst place for refractionist job, senior and other IT staff calling to refractionist is a donkey no respect here. 25 to 28 kg bag you will carry and go to 3rd and 4th floor without lift and no leave n holiday here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
