What a joke nothing you will like it and in lenskart if you are a sales executive then you will be treated like stray dogs

Trust me I had worked for lenskart atleast 1.4 years at first it was going good but all of a sudden the company policy and people of lenskart is totally useless. If you are a sales executive then you have to forget your self respect you have to clean the mirror glasses, eyeglasses, sunglasses and even you have to clean floor. Guys you will be crying to working here. If you don't get the job then apply here but get ready to face so many problems and hurdles may be you will be sacked by doing some politics. Vey disappointed from lenskart . He doesn't any care of employees incentevises also cut by the company. No leaves provided by company .The average work period in lenskart only 6 month. No job secure and misbehave by the area managers. No national holiday also not provide compensate leaves 😢 I recommend to doesn't join the lenskart in any circumstances.

Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible. This doesn't feel like software office, they treat you like daily wage labour. Please don't join and get trapped here. You will definitely regret joining. Lenskart is very bad organization nobody can live here without depression..here is so many types of depression, stress like maintain Balance score card,Net promoter score, Optometrist is not in Lenskart here's everyone is salesman. Optometrist has no respect, salesman has much more opportunities...

Duty time in and out 8hr . Late in company late out , like my shift time 6am morning, I punch 6:30am than my out time 3:00pm 30 mnt lunch included, 8hr completed then check out
