Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? FAKE. 1.If detractors comes for quality issue also then also the staff only has to cover by getting promoters 2. Many time there's no information for app Or software update 3. Area Operational Manager think that the Store Managers are their Prisoners. No rest on weekly off,s if store not performing while store manager is on off than AOM told to cancel their plans and go to store. Not appriciating your work always demotivate and huminlize you . This is not good for the future of Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level. Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very patheticculture and this is completely wrong activity. 🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10.
