I had join lenskart thinking that it's a better option for growth but i was totally wrong they won't tell you the guidance for the growth

1.If detractors comes for quality issue also then also the staff only has to cover by getting promoters 2. Many time there's no information for app Or software update 3. Policy suddenly changes for cx also and for staff also 4. Higher stock losses 5. Very minimal incentives 6. Very minimal leaves 7. No support from hr till the manager or area manager approach it 8. Area Operational Manager think that the Store Managers are their Prisoners. No rest on weekly off,s if store not performing while store manager is on off than AOM told to cancel their plans and go to store. Not appriciating your work always demotivate and huminlize you . This is not good for the future of Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level. Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very patheticculture and this is completely wrong activity. 🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10.
