nothing for like in lenskart office in interview they were told you shift is only 8 hr's and only 5.5 days working. after your joining or turning they will give you 9 to 10 hr shift thay will never give you week off joining letter is only peace of paper.

i request you please dont join this 3rd class organization you will work any local market shop is much better (yaha sirf naam bade or darshan chote ) upper management is totally bakwas

Nothing to like they will transfer you from one store other store. Western line to Harbour line there is no job security they fired you any time.Employee can be safe his job only for maximum 3yrs after that they used there technique to harash you by deduction on shrinkage and Transfer.

Dislikes

No job security management always support to there senior manager.Lots of politics they hired any field employee for this industry and after that they asked you to resign for negligence.

They show big dreams but worst work environment and work culture. No holidays on weekends and holidays. You are allowed to take one leave in a weekday other than weekend. They provide incentive for sales you made but impose so many condition and reject full incentive. Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies.
