Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

Lenskart is a such good working place were people can learn from basic in retail and that same time they will take your personal time for their business not satisfied with the organisation how it works for staff. The company only for a Cx who buys and not for staff.

Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. This is not good for the future of Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level.
