the work pressure is very high.i have to attend client calls.Managers do not value an individual unique strength.

Work Details

generally my work is taking classes to new employees,make a target of contact lens and lenses,branch visit,periodical classes for all employees,make a aware of new products to the employees,discover a new places for new shops,work as a opening team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
