It's really an amazing work experience at Lennox India (LITC) Lennox considers employees as their family and gave extra hands in safeguarding the well being of every employee. They have taken safety measures and asked every employee to Work from home during early Feb 2020 onwards. They have provided home office assistance kit to make sure employees work peacefully at home (nearly 10K) They have provided insurance coverage for each and every employee to meet any unforeseen expenses particularly for COVID-19. Lot of useful sessions (apart from official trainings and sessions) precautionary measures, wellness sessions, about COVID-19, doctor counselling sessions, etc., which gave us lot of confidence and courage to fight against this pandemic. Nothing specific. Lennox India is really good place to work, except for some silly politics by some managers and that remain unnoticed by the management, but that doesn't mean a lot. (Every organization has). Employees are matured enough to handle those situation and move forward to achieve their goals. The US counterparts are really nice and helpful. They recognize our efforts. But in Chennai, due to some childish politics, whatever the work we do were not recognized or encouraged and the awards simply goes to their favorites who frequently receive it all the time. Which in a way the awards and recognition are considered predetermined and defaulted only to the close group within themselves. That's the only concern otherwise company is really a great place to work with....Read More
