Its a completely Management driven organisation, HR has absolutely NO say in any decisions. Job security is terrible, employees are asked to leave in a 2 week's notice and top leadership is absolutely not approachable.

They give a decent salary above the market. Also their annual performance is also excellent. Forget about getting 100%, you end up getting above 100%.

Shit management. No Satisfaction (except money). Working in Honeywell India, is basically like working in a glorified BPO. No career. Without bone, HR.
