Great place to work. You will be learning new technologies and lot of other trainings as well such as personality development training, leadership training etc. Politics free environment. Very safe place for female members. Security and pick and drop services provided by company. It's a company where you can sit with the CEO and have coffee and breakfast together.

Dislikes

Salary and increment are low as compared to market standards. Health insurance should improve.

Office life was fine before the pandemic before it all went downhill.

Dislikes

Their inherent and irrevocable focus on quantity over quality can bring down any sincere worker's morale. Training is minimal as a result quality of work is consistently substandard, which is blamed on the junior resources. No evaluations for senior members, skill heads, managers and leads. They get to be as lazy, rude and unproductive as they fancy. They don't believe in small issues like ethics and will make promises which they never intended to keep. Managers request (read beg) resources to work on projects they are not even allocated to, coaxing them to work on weekends beyond the apparently usual 12-13 hours on weekdays and then simply disappearing on the said resource when inquired about compensatory leaves. Horrible internal politics. Resembles a stereotypical ladies brunch. You either train to be a boot licker or leave. No place for work life balance because you HAVE NO LIFE. Small company so one has the option to get focus if he/she is exceptionally well. CEO, Head HR and other top level executives are reachable.

Dislikes

Bad middle management, they have promoted some old loyal employees to mid level management who are not at all good at their work and promote sycophancy. As company is into edTech domain most of the works comes in frontend technology, for backend technology people its not good here. Most of the times huge work pressure due to employee shortage, very little work-life balance, sometime working during weekends is norm and even you can't take your compensatory leave. Company has less employee than its required, almost everybody billed - many work into multiple projects at the same time. No bench concept till now, they are now planning bench.
