Company did very well during the lockdown, will train and reskill you, will give you assurance of job security (tech domain)

Dislikes

Old mentality of keeping job before personal life, will contact you outside your work hours and ask you to fix something, work obsessed mentality , low comparative pay

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
