I like the work culture and how stable the job is.

Dislikes

Everything else is poor. They don't give you fair increment. Makes you work for unpaid overtime hours everyday. Forget about doing anything else after work. Management does not listen to you.

Office life was fine before the pandemic before it all went downhill.

Dislikes

Their inherent and irrevocable focus on quantity over quality can bring down any sincere worker's morale. Training is minimal as a result quality of work is consistently substandard, which is blamed on the junior resources. No evaluations for senior members, skill heads, managers and leads. They get to be as lazy, rude and unproductive as they fancy. They don't believe in small issues like ethics and will make promises which they never intended to keep. Managers request (read beg) resources to work on projects they are not even allocated to, coaxing them to work on weekends beyond the apparently usual 12-13 hours on weekdays and then simply disappearing on the said resource when inquired about compensatory leaves. Horrible internal politics. Resembles a stereotypical ladies brunch. You either train to be a boot licker or leave. No place for work life balance because you HAVE NO LIFE. Managers and leads call you at any point of time during the day or night, asking to join calls immediately. Normal working hours range between 10-15 hours, no exaggeration....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
