1. Work life balance - One can maintain good work-life balance if he knows what he is doing and why. More specifically I mean estimates. 2. Work environment - Work environment is really good. Upper management is very supportive. 3. Job security - If you are good at your skill then nothing to worry just enjoy your rides over there. 4. Innovation - LM has dedicated product team who are working to build new product with cutting edge tech stack. 5. Salary - it will be credited last day of the month. Training - There is some online training platform which they are using to cross-train the person in case of PHP/PYTHON/RUBY/DATABASE...etc which are not being contolled by the learner. I mean, online learning tutorial should be controlled by the learner with their own time, speed and space. They should provide the licence to the respective learner. Career growth - There is no growth plan in place for each career level in terms of documentation. LM can define some guideline which will be helpful for each individual role to grow....Read More
