Its a nice opportunity for freshers, they can get loads of experience. Working here is like new day everyday as you get to know new things everyday. Everyone is really helpful. Right option for people who wants to work from home.

For night shift teachers no encouragement, no seminars, no webinars , not getting pay as according to our effort of compromising sleep and time.

Dislikes

Not getting any incentives like day shift and compromising sleep is something like beyond capacity. For night shift job should be permanent , and we should get job guarantee and company should focus more on night shift teachers because more revenue generates from night shift.
