Whitehat offers good salary to freshers and experienced as compared to other Ed Tech companies with good incentive structure but getting sales is next to impossible as they don't have proper organic Leads . Trying to encash old leads again and again doesn't work after a point.

NO JOB SECURITY. NO CLARITY AND CO-ORDINATION AMONG THE DIFFERENT VERTICALS. INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE WITHOUT VISION AND MATURITY SITTING @ HIGH POSTS GIVING DIRECTIONS AND ORDERS THAT LEADS TO ZERO. SALES MANAGERS ARE MORE EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL AND TOP MANAGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOESN'T TREAT ITS EMPLOYEES AS ASSETS OR FAMILY. COMPANY ONLY HAS HIRE & FIRE POLICY.

They only want sale, they are not worry about that what is happening with you on the field while you are going for the sale to the customer's home. there are so many peoples who's were in danger they lost their phone, laptop. Also a sales manager were going to kidnapped by 6 kidnappers but company said that is you responsibility not our and closed the case then again the management started asking about the revenue....Read More

Pathetic culture in this company, The people on senior level have bad intentions for women employees. The Company’s VP Suyash Tyagi who once has been terminated from Qutar Airlines for his disrespectful behaviour toward female employees there and has been a subject for POSH policy direct approachs women employees for favour in the name of growth in the company. There is everything in this company is disliked only, 1. HR given all wrong commitment by the time of interview just to hire us and make there own incentives 2. By the time they said its WFH only for tranning you need to come office BUT now 6 days in week we have to come office 3. They said its 9 hour job but they will make you work for more there 11 hours at office 4. One week office is performance base which you will never got as you will get it if you achieve your weekly Target more then 120%, if in case you achieve also still your TL or VP will make you come at office 5. If you join here you can't expect work life balance at all, you have to delete all your friends and family members from your routine life 6. You will get exit even on one week non performance 7. The organisation is a big challenege for the society !! This corporate is one of the wealest link in Byjus acquisition and that's the reason Byjus is not at all aware of what goes behind the closed doors of Mumbai and Gurgaon office. 1. As per Byjus recent update; after they been summoned by NCPCR and Byjus changing the sales startegy to insde sales. This shop is still continuing the old process of home visit and forcing the parents to buy the subscriptions. 2. It is been come to many employees notice and later many parents are complaining about the loan process. Many senior managers and VPs are invovlved in sigining up the agreement on behalf of parents and make the parent skip to read the terms and conditions of the loan they have taken.. Later parents are callback to sales people and complain about the process done without there knowlledge. 3. The top management are the cruelest people in the set-up. The CEO is not at all aware about the misconduct which goes on in the sales process ; neither the President of Sales knows how to drive the business nor he is addressing the ground level issues. (All the VPs and President are aware of the ground issues, but they will never come up with any productive solution for the sales people). One of the VP is absoulety doesnt deserve to be in that role but he is still been continued. This VP is of no use and doesnt care at all about sales people pain. I have never seen this VP addressing his sales team ever. Dont know if the CEO and the CSO is aware of the loopholes and how the business is run by such VP kind of creature. 3. No leaves are sanctioned to anyone once they join the live floor...Even be it for a medical or persopnal emergeny.
