There are few things which i liked. Infrastructure. Staff is good.

They hired me as a trainer. But i have to do mobilization, counseling, training, placement, follow up. And salary never comes on time, i have 3 months salary pending

There are no any good things here to adopt by anyone However, you must learned How to demolish to your assistant And blame to others for it. Only smart ways work is considered so if your are hard worker then please do not join the company

Only Smart work performance accepted by management. I am hardworking instead of smart Worker. Hardworking performance counted nill performance in this company. Accounts section is not suitable for working environment. Be smart worker if stay long time. Conclusion is that, not join this company because company management not care youand your family.company management is very poor.
