People are good here decent work life balance but it is degrading day by day after change in top management

After some recent change in top management this is not the company it used to be. Top management are not focused on the improvement of product anymore. No learning or upskilling scope for the employees or no new technologies are introduced. Lot of office politics. Good employees are forced to leave as they are not appreciated. Culture of organisation needs to be improved. Processes need to be streamlined. The org structure is high pressure because sales puts extreme pressure on professional services department. The clients are not well chosen. They will accept any and every client who may not be a suitable fit for CRM

Sometimes the tasks and issues are focused on unnecessarily, which could have been used to improve other important aspects of the projects like automation testing in UI. Code maintenance is not given higher priority by many
