- The brand has created a good name in the indian market & is quite user friendly - You get a chance to work with cxo's of some really big brands - Training & onboarding process is quite comprehensive & is structured quite well

Dislikes

- Extreme politics & manipulation in North Sales team primarily led by the person leading that region. He is extremely insecure & constantly manipulates his own team members as well as senior leadership. A lot of high-performing people have left this team only because of his manipulation & harassment. Kindly be extremely careful if you are supposed to join this team. - Off lately, the work hours have stretched a bit which is leading to some concerns Advice to Leadership: You have a great product but you need to have a great team & culture to sell it. Nothing is good to like in Leadsquared. Not a good place to work. Work culture is pathetic if you raise a complaint it backfire employee itself.

There are internal politics within a team. No support from the manager. Simply targeting employees who do good. Instead of praising they degrading the employee. If anyone joining Leadsquared they’re actually playing with their career instead of that they can join some new startup.

As a fresher you will get opportunity to directly deal with the clients. This will in turn help you to improve on a lot of things like communication knowledge confidence and understanding of the product better.

Here there is a trend ongoing especially going inside the Organisation where the previous employees are not being treated with respect and gratitude for the work they have done. Even when it comes to appraisals as well. The company is willing to hire new employees from other companies and are ready to pay them more but deny the sameto their existing employees. Also there is no personal work life balance at all the director would want you to work endlessly even during the weekends during festivals. There is no scope of any sort of leave as well once you are promoted during the appraisal cycle.
