- The brand has created a good name in the indian market & is quite user friendly - You get a chance to work with cxo's of some really big brands - Training & onboarding process is quite comprehensive & is structured quite well

- Extreme politics & manipulation in North Sales team primarily led by the person leading that region. He is extremely insecure & constantly manipulates his own team members as well as senior leadership. A lot of high-performing people have left this team only because of his manipulation & harassment. Kindly be extremely careful if you are supposed to join this team. - Off lately, the work hours have stretched a bit which is leading to some concerns Advice to Leadership: You have a great product but you need to have a great team & culture to sell it. The ground reality is completely different from what is being shown to you in North & genuine advice would be to go deeper into this. Here there is a trend ongoing especially going inside the Organisation where the previous employees are not being treated with respect and gratitude for the work they have done. Even when it comes to appraisals as well. The company is willing to hire new employees from other companies and are ready to pay them more but deny the sameto their existing employees. Also there is no personal work life balance at all the director would want you to work endlessly even during the weekends during festivals. There is no scope of any sort of leave as well once you are promoted during the appraisal cycle. I will suggest any new guy, who want's growth shouldn't join LeadSquared, Your efforts will not get recognised. I am 90% sure your decision to join LeadSquared will be one of the worst decisions you took in your life. 1. No work life balance 2. Dictator like Management and HR's 3. No growth 4. Uninformed Layoffs (I have seen good and loyal guys have been laid off without any prior Information and notice period) 5. Forceful resignations are normal there. 6. I have seen people crying while leaving the company because they were laid off despite of good work they have done. I will suggest take their offer and don't join, better ask your current or potential company to match.
