Nothing is good to like in Leadsquared. Not a good place to work. Work culture is pathetic if you raise a complaint it backfire employee itself.

Dislikes

There are internal politics within a team. No support from the manager. Simply targeting employees who do good. Instead of praising they degrading the employee. If anyone joining Leadsquared they’re actually playing with their career instead of that they can join some new startup.

Work policy: 4 days work from home but manager ask to come 5 days but they don't come they took work from home for 3 months.

As a fresher you will get opportunity to directly deal with the clients. This will in turn help you to improve on a lot of things like communication knowledge confidence and understanding of the product better.

Here there is a trend ongoing especially going inside the Organisation where the previous employees are not being treated with respect and gratitude for the work they have done. Even when it comes to appraisals as well. The company is willing to hire new employees from other companies and are ready to pay them more but deny the sameto their existing employees. Also there is no personal work life balance at all the director would want you to work endlessly even during the weekends during festivals. There is no scope of any sort of leave as well once you are promoted during the appraisal cycle. They would want you to do and handle everything on your own without much guidance and mentorship as well....Read More

Management is very bad. Its a sales driven company not good for hungry engineers. It is used to do things in a certain way on, innovation wise they are open to new things. Plus they don’t respect their loyal employees, management doesn’t know about ground level they only praise who are yes men

No work life balance and they make you work like crazy. The pressure is extremely high and I do not recommend this for the long term. Many higher post people are laid off without warning and so will you

Working at LeadSquared has been a great experience. The entire tenure has been full of opportunities coming our way regularly and we just need to focus on our KRAs and priorities well. The management places immense trust in its employees and gives us those levers to drive multiple ideas in our way.
