You need to be self-motivated. Salary increment is not much fair. Pressure has been forced to solve breakdown within 2 min. There is no calm nature of work

I worked for rotational shift. Work is for 8 hrs. But in that, I has to look for electrical pneumatic mechanical machines. Proper checking is to be done for all machines. Analysing the problem. And to solve it. But by soon. It is very challenging.
