The team at LawRato is extremely positive in their exterior outlook. Nikhil Sir and Rohan Sir are seriously awesome people to work with.They will ensure that you stay on your toes and deliver the desired output. Ensure good communication to the people who matter. Keep performing well and you will be safe. Most importantly, if you dohave good communications with the people who matter, you might be promoted even if you are the worst performer in the team. So that's a good as well as a bad thing, depending which way you want to look at it. The partying culture at office is a big plus....Read More

Dislikes

The work timings leave you exhausted and after the initial few days, can fatigue you easily. Perform or Perish is the driving mantra. That would have been a good thing if the company was not selectively vindictive in its actions against its very own. This company appreciates your work. Not your passion. Keep the passion inside your pocket. Do as told and make merry till you survive.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
